General Information

At Relivora™, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Other regions: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund, when applicable.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
Relivora™ is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.


Returns

Our return policy lasts:

  • 90 days for unopened items

  • 30 days for opened items

The return period starts from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the total refund.
