At Rifforge™, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:
United States: 7–15 business days
Europe: 7–20 business days
Other regions: 10–25 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs procedures, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Damages and Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately.
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address when placing an order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Rifforge™ cannot be held responsible.

Returns
Our return policy lasts 90 days for unopened items and 15 days for opened items from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and proof of purchase.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
