At Rifforge™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

We offer an extended 90-day return policy for items that remain fully unopened. To qualify for this extended return period, the product must be unused and in its original condition, with all internal sealed bags containing the building pieces completely unopened. The original packaging must be intact, and proof of purchase is required. If any of the internal sealed bags have been opened, the item will no longer qualify for the 90-day return policy.

For products that have been opened, including cases where one or more internal sealed bags have been unsealed, a 15-day return policy applies from the date of delivery. To be eligible under this policy, the item must be returned complete, including all pieces and original packaging, and must not show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at rifforge.help@outlook.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

All return shipping costs to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. This applies to all return cases.

We kindly ask customers to inspect their order upon arrival. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

For customers located within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right, the item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
