Refund Policy

At Relivora™, we want you to feel confident with your purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items and a 30-day return policy for opened items, starting from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs to our warehouse are the full responsibility of the customer.
This applies to all return cases, including returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Please note that return shipping costs must still be covered by the customer, even in these cases.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (such as hygiene or beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your current item.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

All return shipping costs for exchanges must be paid by the customer.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must be returned unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer in all cases.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
